Parksafe Workington

Parksafe Workington is a collaboration between Parksafe Systems Ltd and Allerdale Borough Council and was opened in 2008 by ex-World Rally Champion Malcolm Wilson.

The car park is located within the main shopping centre development in Workington, on the edge of the Lake District and offers customers a fantastic parking experience, customer-friendly features of the car park include:

 - a brand new cutting edge security system
 - helpful ‘free-bay’ indicators to guide customers to empty parking spaces
 - state-of-the-art ‘smart card’ tickets
 - innovative new payment machines (with video communications link to control room)
 - subtle background music
 - umbrellas for customer use in inclement weather

Opening Times:
24 hours – fully manned security, 24 hours a day
