Can we monitor the car park space?

Once a sensor is placed in the car park bay the operator can monitor if the space is empty, occupied or occupied and secured. The operator can establish how many empty bays they have during the day and where these are located.

The advantages of being able to monitor parking spaces are:

• direct customers to empty spaces
• monitor usage
• establish popular areas within a large car park
• maximise car parking space (especially important in very expensive car parks such as inner London)
